In-Person Readings
you can no longer book a new in person reading. only those who made a booking will have their reading.
In-Person readings last approximately 60 minutes.
To protect my privacy, the location address of your reading will only be provided to you in the reminder emails sent 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment time.
Make sure you and your family members attending the reading arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. You will receive email instructions for In-Person readings prior to the appointment.
All participants in the reading must be fully vaccinated with at least two vaccine doses - the booster dose is optional. If you cannot be vaccinated due to religious or health reasons, cancel the reading in accordance with the cancellation policy. You cannot have an in person reading if you are not vaccinated - there are no exceptions. All participants must present their original vaccination card for inspection by ZAF when they arrive for their reading not a copy along with a valid government issued ID. If you do not have the vaccination card or your valid goverment issued ID you will lose your reading. There are no partial refunds, full refunds or rescheduling.
Days before your reading we will send you an email with the Covid-19 Acknowledgement form you will need to read, sign and bring with you to the reading. ZAF will collect the Covid-19 Acknowledgement form from you on the day of your reading. You must bring it filled out. If you forget to bring it or complete it you will loose your reading. There are no partial refunds, no full refunds or re-schedules. No electronic copy is accepted. There is no printer in any of the offices to print and fill out at the time of reading.
If you are travelling from another state or country by airplane to the reading, you will need to present a negative Covid-19 PCR or antigen (rapid test) on arrival for your reading. The test must be done by a laboratory no more than 48 hours in advance of the reading. Home tests are not acceptable. This requirement also applies to each participant in a family reading. ZAF needs to make sure that each person in the family reading does not have Covid-19 at the time of the reading since she is immunosuppressed. There are no exceptions. There are no refunds or reschedules if you do not have the Covid-19 test results.
It is mandatory to wear a mask during your reading and while inside the building where the reading will take place. You will not be able to hug or shake hands with ZAF as she is immunosuppressed, but you are welcome to take a picture with her. If you do not have a mask, you will loose your reading, there are no partial refunds, full refunds or reschedules.
All of these requirements are applicable to every participant of a family reading. Your reading will not be converted to an indidivual reading if a family member doesn't comply with the terms and conditions.
